Warranty Conditions

If you experience an issue, contact our team as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to resolve it quickly and get your job back on track.

  • Parts must be installed by a qualified tradesperson
  • Installation must be carried out correctly and in a professional manner
  • The vehicle must be maintained in line with manufacturer guidelines
  • The warranty period begins from the date of purchase.
  • Proof of purchase
  • Completed warranty form
  • Installation and maintenance records from a qualified provider
  • Claims must be submitted and approved before any repair or labour is carried out.
  • All parts returned under warranty will be inspected. If a part is found to be faulty, Advanced Parts will, at its discretion:
  • Repair the part
  • Replace the part
  • Provide a partial or full refund
  • Warranty claims are limited to the original purchase value of the part.
  • Any labour must be approved in advance.
  • Where approved, labour is covered at a rate of $80 per hour + GST.
  • Warranty is void if parts are incorrectly installed, misused, or not maintained properly
  • As many parts are recycled, there is a small possibility of fault , which is minimised through testing and quality control
  • We aim to resolve all issues quickly and fairly
